This is a hidden GEM in the heart of Toluca Lake/Studio City. A variety of yoga classes and healing modalities and TONS of special events and workshops. All led by incredibly trained and compassionate teachers. Parking can be a little tough, there's a small lot behind the bldg, so if it's your first time, come a little early to find free parking on the neighborhood streets!
This place is AWESOME! They are nurturing and make you feel like family. The yoga instructor is very skilled and has a way of calming her students, and tending to individual needs in the classes. They even sent me a free class for my b-day. I will go here again! Highly recommend. :)
