Amazing group of coaches helping you achieve whatever goal you have in mind. Unlike any work out in LA, each class is uniquely designed to make sure you get the most out of your hour work out. Jana, Milan, and Josh are some of the most knowledgeable trainers around.
I guess that right now Demi Lovato has done some workouts here because she is looking after her health to get better day by day after receiving any treatment from an apparent overdose

This place is great - super nice for a gym and great coaches who know what they're doing to challenge n motivate you n keep you safe.
Studeo has the most welcoming vibe of any gym I've ever been to. The workouts are well thought out, extremely challenging, and I have seen performance gains in 3 weeks! I highly recommend Studeo to everyone
The facility and staff are fantastic. They have all the equipment and stamina necessary to motivate you. I would recommend it to anyone really interested in exercising

There simply isn't a better gym in Los Angeles. If you're looking for 30 treadmills, 100 ellipticals or bro's in a CrossFit box then this isn't the place for you. But if you want to get to work in the best facility, with the best trainers, in an non-judgmental environment surrounded by the like minded then come on!
