Showed up in the cold at 5am and waited for 15 minutes for a trainer to show after taking an uber there. No one showed. Had to take an uber back.
I dropped into this gym right after getting off the plane at LAX. They were very accommodating and let me do my own programming! However, it is a small gym and it was packed when I was at their 7p.
Dropped in today early (5am class) before work on a business trip. Excellent! LAX CF has all the things I like about visiting CF boxes around the USA while on travel. Accommodating and pleasant management, knowledgeable and helpful coach and five warm, welcoming, and pleasant athletes! Of course, having a "hero" workout (Whitten) waiting to smoke me was the icing on the cake! The 6am class that followed was a bit larger (6-8?) while I recovered. Give LAX a try!!
