I have been to many yoga and hiit studies but white heat yoga has the best hiit class in town. I just wish it was more than 2times a week. The teachers are fantastic high energy fun hot hiit class.
Arrived 2 mins before the start of class ready to go and was locked out. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me but this time the attendant saw me there. Will be leaving one start reviews on multiple platforms. Waste of time and money.

This is my favorite studio in all of Los Angeles! I've taken classes all over the West side, East side, and valley, which are all wonderful, but this studio has a sense of community and camaraderie that I really love. I would say it has to do with the size (it's a smaller studio -- which I love), but I think extends past that and is really implemented by Jordan (the owner and a teacher) as well as her amazing team.
I love that there are different types of classes and all the teachers are really special and have their own style. No matter what level you are, you won't be disappointed! Lastly, the pricing for their monthly packages can't be beat -- and you will definitely want to sign up for auto renew, because you will want to go everyday!
