The location: Great space. Located right in the heart of the NoHo Arts District it's easy to find, is brightly lit by natural light and has a front and back door that creates the perfect amount of airflow when training, and best of all, has easy parking behind the building and on the street!
The staff: Amazing. Very kind and helpful. They work with you to provide you an excellent experience.
The Kru/Instructor: Kru Soroyan is super talented, knowledgeable, experienced, and skilled in Muay Thai and boxing for Muay Thai which I'm finding is a HUGE competitive advantage (something that other gyms' Muay Thai programs often lack). He has a track record for both getting people fit by his intense conditioning and awesome combinations during padwork, and for creating great fighters. Whether you're a beginner, amateur, or pro fighter, he gives the attention, assistance, and reliable feedback to those who need it throughout the entire class, making sure you are able to learn and get the training you need while meeting you at your level. His fun and friendly personality creates a positive, upbeat atmosphere and checks all egos at the door providing for safe space to feel comfortable learning and to grow.
All in all, I would recommend this Corona Muay Thai Academy in a heartbeat!
