This was my first aerial yoga class and it was so much fun! Easier than I thought. The teacher is very friendly, fun and knows what she is doing. Able to assist in different poses and lets you play around and discover.

Lovely studio. Class sizes are small. Their aerial yoga classes are wonderful and a great stress reliever. The instructors are friendly, patient, and helpful. Great for a variety of skill levels. I recently attended a class with Ruth, who did a wonderful job of making everyone feel welcomed and encouraged. She modified different yoga poses so that everyone in class could participate. I highly recommend attending one of the classes she leads!

This place is absolutely amazing. I can easily say I was addicted after my first class. The aerial dance classes are SO much fun. Not only are they fun, but an awesome workout too!! What better way to build muscle, tone your body, and have fun at the same time could you possibly ask for than this? The staff is so friendly and helpful to each individual. They keep the class sizes small so you get a lot of personal attention and learn faster. I just can't get enough!

Went there for my first aerial yoga class. Chelsea's directions we're clear and helpful. She also had the sweetest demeanor and made me feel comfortable right away.

I loved it! Kimberly told me how to move from one pose to the next so I could feel like an aerial artist! Super cool lighting and crazy infinity mirrors. I have never felt so relaxed. This is my new favorite place!
