I've tried over a dozen yoga studio's in Los Angeles and this one is hands down my favorite. I think most people don't have the patience for Iyengar, which is a real shame, because most people are doing things that over time will cause injury. I've been practicing for 15 years, and had developed knee and wrist pain, so I sought out a studio that was more alignment focused, rather than just sweat and burn style. After a few weeks of going to classes here, my pain had disappeared! And if you want to sweat, just check out Jasmina's Ashtanga led class. Probably the most challenging, but rewarding class I've ever been to. She gives shoulder massages with essential oil at the end.
