This gym is pretty cool. I've only been here once and it was under construction because they pretty much own the entire top floor and are expanding it. The 5 stars is because I'm sure it will be just that once their renovations are complete. I'd recommend coming in the morning because their underground parking lot is manageable. So if others are coming in the afternoon when peak traffic is around, especially on a weekend, I hope you are aware that it's a busy spot. Anyway, it was a great experience the first and I'm sure I'll be coming by again.
The key thing to remember about google is you have to go discover the business FOR YOURSELF before trusting someone's "one-off horrible guy-at-front-desk-looked-at-me-wrong" experience.
Basic gym, has everything you need! Great staff, other trainers there are all friendly and helpful, I've never had any problems. Some of the equipment is pretty old, but it's not a show-off gym. It's a functional gym, a gym for people who are there to TRAIN! To get some work done! That's what it's all about. Any time I ever had a question or needed something the staff has been friendly and helpful right away. Can't get better than that.
If your gonna fire someone make sure you do it in your office or somewhere were no one is around you have no manners dude, putting people down you dont do that. Oh and, next time you fire some one else make sure you do it for a seriously good reason..pathetic

Love training here. Both Evan and Scott are great. They really mix up the routine and keep me inspired to keep coming back. They are also super personable and pleasant to be around. The facilities are well maintained as well. Worth the cost!

Very accommodating and easy process of getting a day pass. Great amenities like the new steam room make the gym more than enticing for a mid day visit. Would highly recommend.

I have been a member of Muscle Mechanics for awhile now and just had to write about the exceptional customer service I received last week. I have definitely seen an improvement since I first joined in the equipment and customer service.

I like this location. The front desk staff is friendly, the facilities are clean, and they have lots of different machines and free weights to use. 2 hours parking is validated in the lot directly behind the building, and I've never had trouble finding a spot. GG has a reputation for being kind of a beefcake gym, and there are a lot of big guys there, so the weight area can be a little congested, but most people are pretty courteous and move along in their workouts quickly. 1 star off because their group fitness lineup is just ok- I kind of wish they had more variety with either kettlebell classes, pilates, or more barre type (only 1 class?!) but other than that this is a great gym.
