Beautiful place to work out. Great location and trainers. Jay was great at showing me the battle ropes and really knows how to make the workout to your desired intensity and skill level.He's the man.

LIT Method is by far my FAVORITE workout I have tried in LA! Their coaches are the BEST. They'll push you to be your best but never in a way that feels demeaning -- good vibes only. It's impossible to leave a class without endorphins pumping! They're opening soon in Santa Monica and I can't WAIT -- in a city full of workout classes, you know this had to be good if I have been willing to drive Santa Monica --> Weho to workout.

LIT Method is awesome! Class is like having your own personal trainer. Highly recomend!

They are very welcoming, motivating, and professional. The class was fun and instructor was friendly yet encouraging. I would recommend this class to everyone.

This class is so much fun!!! Justin and Taylor were amazing and I would definitely come back for another session! A special thanks to Rachael for organizing this event!

Both the instructors were energetic and they took turns walking around to cheer us on and correct our form when needed. Before the class started, Justin walked around to ask each person if they have any injuries he should be aware of.

Class: Located upstairs. Very clean. We used a water rowing machine that lights up when rowed, which was pretty cool :) We also worked out on the matt (squats, plank, push ups, etc) and on the bands that are attached to the walls.

Parking: Sucked. Make sure to show up early so you will have time to find parking if the lot in front is full. There are free two hour parking spots few blocks away on Sunday's. I think there's another lot across the street but they might charge you.

Excellent work out! The row machines in combination with the band exercises are an amazing low impact way to burn calories. I've done two classes and will be back. The 50 min class goes by quickly and Taylor and Justin are very helpful.

Loved this workout! It's fun and amazing exercise that kicks your butt! So great for anyone with an injury because it is low impact and protects the joints. Highly recommend LIT Method!!
