Great noon time class. Was traveling and wanted to get some training in. Every one I encountered was super friendly and welcoming. Learned some good attacks as well as some strength/conditioning techniques. If I lived in the area, would def make this my training home.
Came to visit LA from Miami, and professor Scott was very responsive online when I contacted the school. I came by to visit and was surprised to see all the awesome Star Wars themed gear they have. Most of my training partners I think have been training for around a year but they were all amazing and their leg game is sick. Highly recommend if you want to improve your Jiu Jitsu game and get in shape.

L.a is full of assholes,gyms are full of assholes .this place is a bol of fresh air .guys and girls here train seriously and go hard ,they have goals with their skills ,take the drills seriously, but will always take the time to help newbies even if they are slow like me ,even if its not the best for them to drill with you they will help you with an open hart .
Scott is a fantastic bjj teacher with insane charisma and a sense of humour ,enough to make you want to stick around what ever happens or however you feel about bjj .he will make a killer out of you while making you laugh and making you stop smoking !

I was on vaccation in L.A. and took a private with Scott. It was an amazing experience and I learned a lot. Very tecnical, very detailed but most of all, a super friendly guy!!!!
Joined this gym unsure of what to expect. I was more than happy with what was found. This gym offers a clean facility with ample space for your gym bags and showers. Another plus is free packing in the lot, garage, or on the street. Best of all is the top level instruction and attention to detail by instructor, Scott Epstein. You will not be disappointed! For any women who may be hesistant, we have a strong group of female teammates of different levels who can help. You have nothing to lose be everything to gain.
