I swim there every day, and have the opportunity to talk with instructors, lifeguards, and other patrons. First, there is a major emphasis on safety. No one is allowed on the pool deck without a certified lifeguard present. I'm no swimming expert, but the kids seem to progress amazingly, and they are clearly having fun. The instructors seem to be very knowledgeable and kid-oriented. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the facilities are clean and cared for. The Aquatics director and Executive Director inspects daily, and solicit opinions from swimmers. Altogether seems to be a great alternative.

This is a great location offers many services to the community. They're swimming, cycling, weight room. there's a youth in government program for the kids that is the most spectacular program in the state. also there is a camp whittle in big Bear. that is an annual trip that my daughters just went to and really had a great time. I've had a great experience with the staff members.

Badly run, poorly coordinated especially the front desk staff. They are clueless and unprofessional. The management is not much help either.

Awesome staff, instructors, equipment, schedule, other members, & location. Wish I had joined years earlier when I first moved to the neighborhood. One member I know comes from 40 miles away to attend classes in the pool at this particular facility. Can't recommend this Y enough.
