Great workout if you like spinning. I'm not a huge fan of spin in general, but I like they keep it dark and it's definitely a workout worth the money

Terrific classes that really push you your limits.

After two SoulCycle classes, I vowed to never do "that type of thing ever again." I hated SoulCycle--in fact, I hate most exercise classes (except great yoga). But when my wife told me about the competitive aspect of Flywheel, I was intrigued and decided to give it a shot. After all, I'm motivated by competition.

In short, the class was awesome and totally different (re: BETTER) than SoulCycle. The power meter really changes everything. It's such a better simulation of an actual ride when you know what your relative power output and RPMs are throughout the class. And the instructors do a great job of easing up (and down) the torque to keep the class balanced, motivating, and an excellent workout (unlike SoulCycle, which gears the cadence toward whichever stupid house song is playing). I could totally see this becoming a routine part of my workout regiment.

I will recommend Flywheel to all of my cyclist friends. Please please open a studio in San Francisco (where I live)!!!
