Store is small, bright, clean, and well laid out. Visited for the first time in February 2019 on a rainy day. Sales Team was two young women who greeted us when we walked in, then allowed us some time and space to browse before checking in and offering help. They were friendly and knowledgeable, and it was pleasant to show with no one else in the store. I tried on a few outfits and the attendants were very affirmative without sounding false. It made me feel comfortable and empowered. Asked them about their jobs and they spoke positively and animatedly. (That isn't the norm for retail!) Bought a sales outfit and have worn it 3x already. Clothing is unbelievably comfy to exercise in (hike, run, lift, stretch) and looks sleek. Will shop there again. Store is located in a nice part of Melrose, across from Warby Parker, and easy walking to Glossier. So yes, it's gonna take all my money this summer.
