Spent the week in LA and tried CycleHouse Melrose. LOVED the classes. spun 5x last week. Kyle was amazing as were all the instructions. I would highly recommend it. Lots of fun and an amazing sweat. Great staff. Clean.

I keep fit. I have a home gym with a peloton bike but i enjoy the occasional cycle.
THE best hands down, especially the HBIC Nichelle!
Great spin class w/ best music in town. Instructors push you but focus is on pushing yourself and riding to rhythm vs competition and scoring. Excellent workout and feels a lot like moving meditation. Especially love the 75 minute Saturday class.
Free 75 minute parking in La Cienaga lot with validation, pay $3 if you stay longer than that. $2 to rent shoes or bring your own.
Loved this place! Friendly staff helped me get started on my first visit. Stephanie, my instructor, kept the pace going. Solid workout. I will be coming again!

Very intense workouts. The instructions here are probably the best in LA. The music they choose is great, and they won't let you slack while you are in the class.

I give it 5 stars. First time trying this and probably my last. The staff was very friendly to help me out. I had to try it to experience. I'm just not the type to run/cycle/etc in one spot. You get your sweat on for sure. The coach was great at leading the class. You have to try it if you haven't. Maybe it will be your thing.
