Irina is such a pleasant person to be around. She not only possesses an over a decade experience of being Pilates instructor, but also has a strong athlete background herself. She even came up with personally tailored set of exercises to attend my goals.
Her studio is beautiful, modern and filled up with good vibes.

I love this studio and Irina. Been going for few months already. I choose private classes with Irina be amuse I had not good experience going to group classes where I ended up with injury. Irina is very knowledgeable and experienced! I started feeling the results right after few sessions!!!

I have been Irina's client for years, and she is honestly the best! I went through multiple trainers and studios before my mother in law recommended Irina. She helped me improve my posture and tone my body. Her studio is really cute and always clean. And she is always able to accommodate and work around my crazy schedule.
I received a gift certificate for this place and decided to give it a try. Well, what can I tell you? I was very pleased with the place and the instructions from the owner Irina. After my five sessions were over, it was an easy decision for me to stay and continue to work out here. I look forward to my exercises every week for the past six months. My only regret is that I have not found the place earlier.
