Love! Love! Love! Jenny. She is kind, encouraging, and result driven. I tore the cartilage in my hip during a ski accident which left me in excruciating pain. I wanted to use pilates to help heal my body and Jenny Tate was recommended to me by other highly sought after LA based trainers. From the first session I was hooked. Jenny got me out of pain, correct my posture and strengthened my abdominals. I just moved back to LA and I looked Jenny up right away to help me shed some tummy fat! :) I walk away from every session feeling great.

I came to Jenny with back, leg, neck and foot aches, due primarily to my work sitting as a writer. I'm also an avid pool player and found I could barely play anymore. It was scary. Today, four years later, I can play easily for as much as four hours without interruption. I can also say that I am stronger now than I've been in twenty years. That's thanks to Jenny. Her skills as a teacher, devotion to the work, and ability to target specific problem areas in the body are remarkable. She's the best and I am grateful to her.

Ive been doing pilates with Jenny for about three months now. I started as a complete beginner and Ive seen a huge difference in my posture and strength. Jenny is a pleasure to work with, she is incredibly friendly and nice. She pushes you the perfect amount and listens to you about how you body is doing. I highly recommend her to anyone interested in pilates.

Jenny is the absolute best - she's been my pilates instructor for the past 3 months, and I can't say enough positive things about her. She takes the time to understand your goals, and builds a workout tailored to you. She pushes you to work your hardest while also being incredibly patient. She's always energetic and positive. The workouts are amazing - you work very hard and you leave feeling great. The studio is private and conveniently located. I would recommend Jenny Tate Pilates 100%!

Fantastic, intimate pilates studio in West Hollywood. Jenny is a great instructor who is very knowledgable and even joined in on the class - so felt our pain as we worked out together! Got a great session in and felt like I was being really well looked after. Will be back again :-)

I have know Jenny for many years. She is the most incredible pilates instructor you can find - extremely knowledgeable, caring, responsible. The studio is always SPOTLESS --- which is very important to a lot of people. On a scale from 1 to 10- she is an 11.!

Been working with Jenny a few years doing private sessions with pretty outstanding results and specific things I can talk about. One of the most useful is Jenny's ability to exactly ID the desired muscles being used in each exercise, then observe my use (or misuse) very quickly. I've been doing gym, running, biking, skiing, swimming for years but never realized how much I was using some muscles to overcompensate for weaker ones, and doing that threw my posture and balance off from my spine outwards.
Jenny knows musculature in detail and has helped me get greater balance between sets of muscles, much more full body flexibility and super development of my core muscles, which has literally changed the way I do my gym, spinning classes and more..
She is knowledgeable, patient, creative in varying each exercise so you don't burn out and VERY positive in her mind set and teaching technique.
You can't go back, but the specifics she is teaching me now, would have altered all of my athletic efforts for the better had I learned them earlier.
