I actually use this gym to take hip-hop classes from Sam Allen and Nico O'Conner, who actually teach studio-level hip-hop classes. I have been to other gyms before where the classes are more hip-hop aerobics, so it's great to truly get choreographed dance routines up to 5 times a week for one low monthly fee. The Assistant General Manager, Karen, is also very customer service oriented and has assisted me in the past.

Kettlebell classes with Griffin are fantastic! The classes are challenging, interesting, and fun.. never boring. I look forward to going to classes to work out. Griffin has an uncanny ability to push you farther than you think you can go. He is innovative, direct, and focused, yet, he also manages to let you know that he genuinely cares about your overall health and well-being. So in other words, if you want to get into shape, GO TO GRIFFIN!
I play soccer, co-ed football, softball and tennis. In order to play all those sports every week I need to maintain a higher level of fitness than the average person on the street. I'd read about kettlebells and how great a dynamic workout it is, so when I found Griffin's class through a "Living Social type deal" I jumped on it. That was in February 2011. Not only did the workouts help me tremendously improve my athleticism in all my sports, but I was finding that areas I thought would never change were getting leaner and more defined. Griffin's classes are never boring and never the same, so I never dread doing a workout.
I love coming to Griffin's kettlebell bootcamp! Griffin is really great at helping out the newbies (and regulars) with their form and making sure that each class is different and challenging in a good way. During class, Griffin pushes everyone hard, but is also very encouraging. What keeps me coming back to class is how Griffin truly believes in us and our ability to be fit, healthy, and look good (in addition to the fact that I see lots of positive changes to my body)!! I recommend this class to everyone!!
I love this class! I was a little intimidated before I took the first one, but my fears went away immediately upon meeting the other people in the group. Everyone is so nice and so supportive.
Griffin White is a wonderful, patient teacher and a genius when it comes to program design. He always comes up with some new way to make the workout fun and challenging. AND he's a DJ! The workout music is the best.
Griffin has helped me get into the best shape of my life. I appreciate him so much.
I've been taking the class 2-3 times a week for the past few months, and it is awesome! Griffin is a great trainer and using kettlebells is a great way to maintain overall fitness. There are various sized weights, so anyone can use them and Griffin teaches you how to use them easily and correctly. The exercises are challenging, fun, and different each class. I'm pretty sure there are classes every day of the week, except Sunday, and it's a good gym location if you live in or around West Hollywood, too. Most of the time I walk there from home because it can be hard to find parking depending on the day/time.

had never used kettlebells before and I must say this was a great workout! Griffin really takes the time to make sure you're lifting the weights correctly for maximum effect and he makes sure you push yourself. It's a great full body workout. Extra added bonus: Griffin is a dj so the music is killer!

Been coming to Griffin's classes for two years now, 'cause this former lazy girl is totally addicted to kettlebell. It's fun, challenging, and Griffin mixes things up enough that it *never* gets boring. Cardio and strength all in one very intense and efficient hour means that I can work, exercise, and still have a life. Not only am I in great shape, but I've made great friends in class, so he's good for my social life as well! Highly recommended.
After sitting behind a desk for 15 years and feeling totally out of shape, I challenged myself to go to my first Kettlebell class with Griffin. And now 7 months later, I'm still going 3-4x per week and I've never felt better. Griffin is an awesome instructor and he keeps the classes challenging and fun. You get an incredible cardio workout plus you build a strong core. I love the class and highly recommend it!
