As a yogi for many years, trust me when I say that this is the Best yoga studio in town. Every teacher is so knowledgeable and patient with both beginners and advanced students. The facility is clean and very quaint with an authentic charm. The classes are challenging and rejuvenating and I always feel centered and at peace afterwards. I Love This Studio!! Thank you, Thank you, Rise Movement Yoga

I look forward to my Tuesday class every week. Andrea is the best yoga instructor I have ever had...Also has great taste in music.
