I like this gym and the people who work here, they are friendly and professional. It's always clean and the machines work most of the time. It is located not far from my home, which is plus.

Have worked out several times here and the atmosphere is great, coaches are knowledgeable and really make you work for best results

I love the CrossFit Cardio classes and community vibe here. They make new folks feel very welcome. I have been living out of the country for years but come here every time I visit my family.

I was new to LA when I decided to try CF for the first time. I went to the closest location to me (Woodland Hills) and I had no idea that my life would change.
I had absolutely no experience with CF in August of 2017 and I ended up participating in the CrossFit Open in 2018. It goes to show the level and quality of coaching that I had with Stephany, Mel, Spencer, Chad, Pam, and Cass.
I moved to Pasadena in February of 2018 and went to the Studio City location. Here, I met some of my first friends in LA and have established forever friendships.
The community here is unreal and the support that I have felt from both of these boxes is truly incredible. I would recommend both of these gyms to anyone and everyone.
Although I am moving gyms (for commuting reasons), I will never forget how these coaches and fellow athletes have changed my life.

Really like this place, they make you feel like family. Never I'm my life did exercise and now I can't stop. Perfect place to be start no matter your age or your look, they will make you feel great .

I tried this place out and omg it was intense. Cross fit is no job. If you're looking for a work out to kick your butt this is it. Everyone was very friendly and supportive.
