Nelson is super informative, smart, and empowering. I took the all day crash course on women's self defense. It was awesome. If you don't exercise very regularly, be prepared to be extremely sore the next day. Totally worth it, though!

My daughter went their I cant remember now to to get defense lessons and he is really good and is a great teacher
