I love the manager Natalie. She was so cool and awesome. She explained every option i had and made me feel welcomed. I join the same day and bought a great mat. Love this place and the front office people are very friendly.

Unfortunate experience. I went in person to cancel my membership months ago and the manager decided not to refund multiple months that were charged after my cancellation. Unfortunately, I do not have proof. It was just not the level of customer service experience I was expecting as it was not my error and I am still getting charged for it. Learn from my mistake and get written proof of cancellation. Namaste.

Never felt this unwelcomed before in any other studio. There are enough yoga studios, better go elsewhere.

I'm regular at this studio. They offer so many different type of classes, not limited to Yoga. Don't let their name 'YogaWorks' fool you. They have TRX, Dance classes which are my favorite, intense Yoga to Zen ... LOVE this studio.

High pressure sales. This corporation is out to make money. Any health and wellness that happens on the way is purely incidental and at the hands of their employees and contractors solely. Drop in for a class? Nope. You must be a member. Flexible memberships? No - the same kind of predatory memberships you see at gyms. Can you expect awkward meetings with pushy sales guys? Absolutely. Can you expect them to fall back on "company policy" and fine print that you signed before you rushed into a yoga class? 100%.

Need yoga? Oh, you will by the time you get your bank statements back and make many phone calls and end up getting charged hundreds more than you anticipated. I suggest going somewhere else.

Loved the classes. Teachers are professional and I'm addicted to all of the vinyasa flows and barworks!
