Bella was extremely rude and impatient
Fitting into this world of ours has always been challenging for me, but when I walk into Pa Kua Health School, I feel guided and looked after. The knowledge Master Bella imparts is manna for my whole being. I am grateful to have such a place to learn and practice in, feels like home. Thank you so much!
Pa Kua Health is a wonderful place to rejuvenate and find your health center. I attended classes there for several years, and benefited greatly from the variety of classes and the guidance of Master Bella. Now that I am retired, I am looking forward to getting back to a routine that will include their yoga and Tai Chi classes. Their martial arts and weapons classes are also excellent. I highly recommend Pa Kua Health!!
I found this school through class pass, and I am so glad I did. In the 6 weeks I've been training there I have noticed an improvement not only in my technique within the class, but my outside life as well. I feel more centered and strong than I had before, as well as a better sense of being grounded (I'm a massage therapist so this is super important).
What started as a good was to work out (I thought it would be more fun than spin class) turned into a desire to grow and train indefinitely.

I started attending classes here in 2005, and recently I've become one of the instructors. I really like it hear, the people know a lot about so many different disciplines, healing techniques, fighting techniques, weapons, and everything else involved in internal and external Martial Arts. I consider myself very lucky to have found this place!
