I was in LA for week, I thought about just chilling in the hotel, Then I went to the gym at the hotel. It sucked. So I google Crossfit gyms. And this one was right by where I was going to class. Ryan Greeted me and every one else made be feel like it was my local box. They have a cool place at Thrill. Underground and great windows those don't often go together but here they do. Also with their help I PRed my OHS.
Very conveniently placed around corporate offices of El Segundo. Small but mostly sufficient set of instruments & exercising options. A very warm and cheerful staff. Sauna is a big plus for a gym of this size.

Thrill 's approach to developing athletes is awesome. The sense of camaraderie and community with fellow athletes and with the coaches and staff is the best I've ever seen at a gym. I truly enjoy coming to Thrill and that's something I've never really been able to say before about a gym. The classes are awesome and they encourage members to try different modalities (Yoga, Spin, Crossfit, Barre, Group Workouts, etc...). I seriously haven't had this much fun being active since I was a kid! Go ahead, get "Thrilled" and you won't regret it.
I'm close to 12 month coming to this GYM. I must say , it was a great decision on my part. They do an outstanding job supporting and encouraging people to accomplish what ever their goals are. Trainers are great and classes are super fun. I highly recommend it !
Thrill is awesome! I love this gym! They offer Crossfit, Spinning, Yoga and Barre. The workouts are always different, challenging and fun, especially the Thrill X and Crossfit classes. The classes are small so you get lots of one-to-one attention and the instructors are great at scaling any workout to fit your needs, abilities and goals. The instructors are awesome, there's a great community of members here and the culture is fun and supportive. I look forward to going there everyday, hanging out with great people and getting a killer workout in.
Started coming here in February originally from a 30 day Groupon just to try out crossfit and ended up joining the gym.
Pros-
1. The staff is very nice, professional and helpful. You don't just feel like you're they're to spend money. They get to know, you they're sociable etc. this goes from the class instructors, management, the staff that keeps the building clean and the young ladies who work at the desk.
2. It CLEAN! No one likes a nasty smelly gym. But everything here is clean from the locker rooms, showers, equipment, and yoga studio. It's all very clean and you just feel better about a clean workout space.
3. The amount of classes they offer per week. This is a pro and a con(I'll get more into that) but it really allows you to kind of tailor your own workout program because you can switch between the variety of classes they have every week.
Con-
The only thing I wish is that there were more like yoga classes offered during the week. I have an unusually schedule and the classes are more so scheduled around people who work an average 8-4/9-5 kind of thing bit that's literally the only down part. Which still didn't keep me from joining!
Overall I love it here everything is great.

Since I've joined this gym I can honestly say I look forward to my workouts. Its so uplifting to receive so much motivation from all the trainers and makes you feel good that they notice your progress and accomplishments. Joining was one of the best decisions I've made especially since its very convenient to work out right after work with out no excuses.
