Great Selection For Men
Their customers service is unmatched.
Across the board, I am a HUGE fan of Lululemon and have supported them for well over 15 years. But this review is specifically about this location at The Point in El Segundo. And without going into a long explanation, I was so unimpressed by the staff that I simply left and even called Lulu corporate to share my experience (who were outstanding, as I expected.) There was a male mgr who was the least professional of everyone; to the point of giving me attitude about a simple question. 5 stars for the company, 0 stars for this location's staff. (Male clothing choices needs to be stepped up too.)

There's something off about this store or maybe I'm just cursed. I've been in here dozens of times and never have I been asked if I need help. The employees do spend plenty of time staring at you, however. If you actively seek someone out to help you, chances are they won't have an answer for you. I was even sent from this store to Santa Monica because I was told that store had the item I wanted but offered it in a special LA marathon version. I get to Santa Monica... turns out he was completely wrong and it was an entirely different clothing offering. On top of poor service, they don't get the full selection, are slow to get new products, and don't tend to restock sizes. If this location wasn't so convenient, I'd swear it off forever.

I am a good customer at Lululemon. However, I certainly will think twice about returning to the El Segundo Store. I'm sorry to say that because most of the staff is usually pretty nice. However, today I went in there and could not believe how catty and unprofessional 2 of the sales girls were as they started whispering to one another and pointing at me. It felt pretty bad. For a company that claims to invest and take pride in who they hire they have either lowered their standards or simply missed the boat on these two girls.
Customer service is not acceptable. There's only 2 customers in the store including me, 3 girls are working, one helping both customers while other 2 are chatting at the counter. At checkout, they don't greet you well and still chatting while processing the payments, don't even care about the customer in front of them.
