Exercise differently every time! Also, the shower is a nice and good bathroom to get ready for work.
Really love the workout, instructors and simple layout of the space. The classes keep you moving the entire time in and out of simple moves with precision focus on hard to reach nooks of your body. The instructors give scaling options if a movement is too difficult for wherever someone's body is that day. The showers are well-appointed with shampoo, lotion, condition, body wash and full-size towels, so if you're not traveling w/your entire toiletry kit, you have nothing to worry about. Recently, I felt guilty about showering after the last class of the day, but I absolutely had to and the staff politely told me they were closing soon as I had just finished getting dressed. There was no passive-aggressive turning off the lights or pacing in the hallway wondering when I was going to leave. Though I was just using this studio during my holiday and it's not exactly near either of the places I stayed in, I won't hesitate to return when I'm in town again.
I love this studio! Mandy Torres is absolutely incredible teacher! She is very attentive, high energy and her exercise routine is super challenging! She makes corrections on form during the class which I appreciate so much! a little change goes a long way!

Love P57!!! I'm an OnDemand customer and loved having the chance to take a couple of classes in the studio. The instructors (Jesse and Lyndsey) we're fabulous!

The one stop work out shop. In 50 minutes I have done cardio, arms, thighs, ass, abs...the philosophy of the method is effective! I love the music and energy of the instructors. Great location in Beverly Hills.
Good instructor but basement structure with no windows and blue carpeted workout rooms. Typically rooms are hardwood rather than carpet. Overall if you have no problems paying $30 per class and don't mind being in a rather confined room then it's great because instructors are good.

My favorite studio. All instructors are very attentive and encouraging, but Danielle and Jesse are absolutely the best! They offer personal corrections to everyone in a kind way in addition to precise positioning and coaching.
I really never write reviews but I'm compelled to write this one and THANK this company for what they do! There is not a Physique 57 studio in my town but I just recently started Barre classes at another gym and love the exercises - even though it's a long drive for me and not at all convenient. I ran across the Physique 57 On Demand classes with little expectations - but I am SO impressed!! Usually workout videos are not very challenging, but these really rock it! Being able to still get a workout in when I can't drag my kids to a class is life-changing! There are so many workouts to choose from and I'm loving the Live classes - (more, please!). If you love barre classes but have trouble with the pricey memberships or getting to the gym - you will not regret trying these videos!
I absolutely love working out at Physique 57. Sometimes I wish I lived in LA so I could workout here every day. Unfortunately, since I don't I always make sure to get down to LA 2-3 times a year to get in a good 3 days of Physique 57 workouts. From Beginner to SBT, I'm always sweating and feeling the burn. I leave feeling more refreshed (odd, I know), awake, toned, tightened, and ready to face any challenge that comes my way. The instructors have so much energy and it motivates me to work hard and squat lower. They are an amazingly sweet team as well! I always feel at home when I'm in the studio. Thanks for helping me become a lean, mean, calorie-burning machine!
