If you are completely new to crossfit (like I was just a few months ago), Spry is perfect for you. If you are well seasoned in crossfit, Spry is perfect for you. I, however, had zero experience coming in and like many, was intimidated by it based off my limited prior knowledge, mainly because I didn't think I was "fit enough" to do crossfit. I could not have been more wrong. Spry is full of the most encouraging and welcoming group of people. The coaches are all extremely knowledgeable and excellent at finding what works for you specifically. They have grown an amazing community that is unlike anything I have seen at any gym or workout class in LA. I have tried going to the gym by myself, or going to classes through ClassPass, but I have never been as consistent in my workouts as I am with Spry. Why? Because I know that every day will be different and I never get tired or bored of it, and the people there help to hold me accountable. If you have been considering crossfit at all, or even if you haven't, I would highly recommend checking out Spry!!
