I have been going to Flex Pilates Home for over 6 months, I love it! Kelly is very professional, personal and educated in Pilates. I love that the pilates room is a separate room from her home. It is a separate room behind the garage that is GORGEOUS! I like it because you are not in their home, you are in a professional pilates studio with all the modern equipment! This is perfect studio for me, flexible schedule and texting to set up workout time and i can walk to it!

This perfect little pilates studio is walking distance from our home in Westchester, CA was great for my wife and mother-in-law. Unlike other studios in the area, the classes are only one or two individuals. Kelly has set up a private to semi-private pilates studio and she is flexible when scheduling times for her clients without the massive commitment or pressure. Kelly works really well with Seniors and is patient and understanding with her clients. It's personal, clean and Kelly the owner if very professional and knowledgeable. My wife and mother-in-law rave and as they say, "happy wife, happy life"...
