If you ever need physical therapy, Back to Wellness is the place to go. Both my husband and I have gone there for many years for PT after back surgery, cervical surgery and most recently after hip replacement. All the therapists are top notch. They use various modalities of treatment. Electric stim, ultrasound, Pilates and massage are just a few of their excellent treatments. We attribute a great part of our recovery after surgery to therapists at Back to Wellness.
The staff are polite, prompt, have a good sense of decision making, organized, wonderfully well rounded, and the services rendered are provided in a professional capacity. Looking forward to my future appointments. The leadership are knowledgeable and have proven their opennes and humility to learn from others. In good hands here.
Have had spondylodiscitis (infection of the lumbar spine) for years. The Pilates sessions, led by Tina, had an enormous effect -- less pain, more mobility and strength. Followed her suggestions for daily exercise. Turned out to be a better way to deal with old age.

I've always been a very active person, but as I got older I noticed I kept gaining weight. I did not know why that was since I was always very active. I decided to take it upon myself and visit a nutritionist. I was able to get plenty of insight on my food selections and what i really should be eating. Since then I have been able to keep my weight off and I've never felt better. Very satisfied customer!

I recommend this place to anybody looking for acupuncture and with my insurance I only paid $25 ! The staff are nice and I highly recommend this place and I WILL be coming back!

Together we created a nutrition plan that is tailored to my needs and she has been such a supporter throughout the process.
