I live in a remote community about 6 hours away from any physiotherapist. Traveling to see a physiotherapist in person requires me to take a 2-day long trip with my young kids and leads to significant travel expenses. As a result of this, I skip appointments for months, even though I really need guidance and treatment to recover from an emergency c-section. So Ana provided me with online services via video chat. It was so helpful to me! I was able to explain my symptoms and current diagnosis, and demonstrate to her the exercises I have been doing. She suggested a new set of exercises adapted to my current situation and strength, and was easily able to correct my form as I was repeating the exercises she was teaching me. The online services Ana provided me with are so convenient! I don't even need to get out of my home. This could significantly speed up my recovery and encourage me to exercise more frequently.

Ana is such a knowledgeable, professional and supportive physical therapist. Having had but 4 sessions with her for osteoarthritis on my right shoulder, neck & up to my head it is amazing the improvement that I feel.
Apart from being such an excellent physical therapist she is so personable, kind and caring. I would highly recommend her.

Ana is intuitive, supportive, honest, and very skilled. Thanks to her, I have finally recovered from a bad injury that just wouldn't heal. She is a truly gifted and talented healer. I cannot say enough nice things about her! Working with her has been a wonderful journey. Physical therapy can be an intensely painful experience, but I trust that Ana knows what she is doing, and does her very best to make sure her patients suffer as little as possible. I would recommend her very highly to anyone who wants to be healthy!

Ana is an wonderful human being and a gifted healer. She integrates her wealth of knowledge and experience as a physical therapist with the grounding energy of her work with alternative healing techniques.
I feel like I can go to see her for just about any issue I am dealing with and she has the skills to address it from many angles, with grace and good humor.

Ana was instrumental in helping me recover from a lower back injury. She figured out the root causes of my injury, worked in healing my injury, and helped correct the underlying causes. She is also a lovely person and a joy to work with! I will definitely go back to Ana for any PT I need in the future.

Ana is very professional doctor with whole bunch years of experience and Brazilian + American degree. She is the example of what real doctor should be. She didn't send me anywhere for no reason like bunch American doctor do very often. She just did a perfect quick alignment of my spine and i felt better right away. No extra visit need or useless medicine to buy! I highly recommend Ana to all everybody!
