Great vibe. Really knowledgeable, experienced teacher, Terri.
Very present and supportive classmates, in the restorative/injury healing/ yin type yoga class.
Also, such a great neighborhood studio with sweet breezes wafting in from the lush greenery of the garden.

Live Yoga Wellness studio in Westchester, Ca is a brilliant and deep resource for Yoga as a lifestyle as well as a wonderful and comfortable place to try Yoga for the first time. The yoga staff includes yoga therapists in addition to yoga teachers. I've found customized private sessions with Teri Roseman in conjunction with group classes spectacularly helpful to address my personal needs. Teri is an experienced, knowledgeable and skilled Yoga Therapist. She has a significant ability to help others and she is well worth seeking out. Live Yoga Wellness studio is a gem in the Westchester community.
