Audrey is a wonderful Pilates instructor. She was referred by a friend and I am so glad I made an appointment with her. We've been working on my lower back and overall strength and after a few sessions I am already feeling an improvement. Her studio is conveniently located and totally private. Really gives her the opportunity to focus solely on you when having a session. I highly recommend her!
