I love this studio. I recently moved to Los Angeles. After trying multiple studios, I am definitely stay at Red Diamond Yoga. Love their space, classes, and teachers.

Amazing place with lots of different classes. Not crowded so Instructors pay attention to everyone. Definitely better than the big yoga chains.

Used to come here a lot. I've been doing yoga for about 30 years and have went through a yoga teacher training myself. Honestly, I got really bored. Most classes I've attended are what I call "yoga simon says". The instructors basically lead you thought a flow class that could easily be done at home watching a youtube video. Not much adjustment, not much explanation. And not much variety. I'm used to classes where you go to the wall, do headstands and challenge yourself. The body needs variety. There are so many more poses then warrior and down dog yet every class I've been too seems to spend lots of time doing basics. It feels like the majority of instructors here are young. Most of them probably went through a 200 hour training and are perky and look the part. But do they have the real yoga knowledge. Not too sure. Also sometimes the music is really inappropriate for a yoga class. But it is clean and the people that run it are very lovely.

Red Diamond Yoga is one of the best yoga students on the Westside. The facilities are well kept, bathrooms are spotless, and the check-in staff is always there to greet you with a smile.

What really separates Red Diamond from other studios is Lindsay Nyman - the most dreamy and fun yoga teacher in all of LA. Lindsay teaches Level 1/2 classes, along with Beginner Yoga classes that she makes fun and approachable for anyone. With her calming presence and hilarious one-liners, Lindsay helps experienced and new yogis not take their practice too seriously and just enjoy being in the moment and doing whatever is their best that day. It's a great perspective to take in class and in life.

Some of Red Diamond's classes are on ClassPass, so that can be a great way to check it out. There's a parking lot slightly east of the studio off Palms that is a great option when the main lot gets full (which is always).

This is a gem in West LA, with a Nor Cal vibe and excellent, compassionate, skilled instructors who address both the mind and body aspects of yoga.
