Plenty of street parking, and there is a parking lot behind the shala. I've never had issues with parking. There is a working bathroom, and a couple changing rooms. They usually have a person at the front desk to check you in and help with any payments, packages, questions, etc. There are mats that can be borrowed if you don't have one, or forget yours. There are blocks and props to use as needed. The practice room itself is gorgeous. Natural sunlight to keep the energy bright. Wood floors, high ceilings, and no mirrors, yay! The teachers are kind, patient, and extremely knowledgable and generous with sharing their time and knowledge. Saturdays after led there is a short conference and a free chanting session. A nice bonus! Omkar108 is for all levels. Whether you have never stepped foot on a yoga mat, or you've been practicing for decades, you will find a home here. Come!
