ESAC is great small, family owned gym. While small, it has everything you could want (except a free weight leg press machine). The gym also has several funcational training pieces of equipment which can be hard to find at other gyms, such as tires to flip, sledge hammers to swing, boxes to jump on, and several punching bags. The place is never crowded. I can always cruise through my workout never waiting for any piece of equipment, which really helps me stay focused. There are several personal trainers if you think you'd like one. There are several different types of group classes offered as well, such as spinning, yoga, kick boxing, boot camp, zumba, and pilates. The locker rooms are clean and have everything that you would need. I think the best thing about this gym if the friendly staff and fitness atmosphere that is created here. The owner and manager know me by name (how often can you say that about a gym?). All the members are friendly and are all working towards the same goal - increasing their level of fitness. There aren't any gym rats or dumbbell dropping, grunting guys either. If you are tired of the massive commerical gyms with a million tread mills, check this place out. It should meet your needs. I'm very particular with my gym requirements and this place nailed it! (1/22/14)
