I joined in Oct. 2019 and have found the club to be great for me. Not too crowded, very clean, friendly, helpful staff. I also work with a personal trainer, Anthony x1/week. He keeps me committed to my routine and pushes me just hard enough. I trust his professional input and I do feel stronger. And the price is right!

I stayed at the Custom Hotel and was excited to know there was an LA Fitness next door. I took an amazing cycle class with Demi this morning and I was really impressed by the front desk staff. It was very easy and quick to drop in for a class! Thank you!!

I'm a member of the Silver Sneakers Program and tried the ZUMBA class held TUES AND THURS in Westchester. It is absolutely GREAT. Lauris, the Instructor is AWESOME. Her workout starts off easy with motivating music, intensifies with use of weights and ball, TANGO steps and moves that definitely increase your cardio rate. Her class is packed. Get their early. A great advantage is that all the equipment you need are in the bins. I really love it.

Locker room is dirty. Showers are often out of soap. Several machines, TV feed or monitor broken.

Smallest LA fitness ever been to. Lacks a lot of standard equipment.
This was a signature club when I signed up and now for some reason it is not but they still make me pay extra! If you like a really small gym with almost no amenities at all except a crowded sauna :-/ . They NEVER have soap in their dirty showers. I would be ok with all that but they literally don't have a single freaking squat rack!! and ONE flat bench!. If you are signing up to use the treadmills, bikes, etc then good luck getting one after work. This gym really should be better.

Very small location, it's always cleaned very well but the people who greet me when i walk in every morning are horrible. Getting an attitude with me and making me no longer motivated to work out! The prices are crazy why do I have to pay so much just to sign up? And why am I being charged so much in the first place with rude staff and somewhere that doesn't offer much equipment. I will be taking my business else where.

Smallest LA fitness in LA. The staff was unprofessional and they had Kettlebells but only the Personal Training staff could use them... Really!?
I like how small this gym is because it's less intimidating and it's not always super busy. However, the staff is super unprofessional. I moved to Colorado and had to cancel my account, and the man on the phone was really rude to me and I had to actually come into the gym just to cancel my membership, something they easily could have done over the phone. The equipment is always clean and working though.
Nice staff and it's very clean. Not a big gym but if you go at the right time, you can get on any equipment you want. Parking may be an issue As it's limited inside of the structure but there's parking upstairs too.
Today, about 15 women and myself had a very poor experience at this LA Fitness location. The boxing class instructor didn't show up and the front desk and sales team couldn't care less- said it wasn't their department. I asked for the manager whom I called after waiting for over 20 minutes without resolution and requested for at least the music system to be turned on. He shared he was out of town and couldn't do anything but he would call the front desk and get the music system turned on So we could self teach and salvage some of the class time. That also never happened. I have very low expectations for LA Fitness but this was really poor experience. I'll stick with the slightly futher away but much better managed Plays Vista location.
Great small gym. Limited equipment (lacks a squat rack, only 1 bench press, etc.) but it doesn't usually get too crowded like the LA Fitness down the street. It does get a little stuffy in there due to all the ceiling fans spinning in the opposite direction they need to be. Staff will always do their best to help with any questions I have and it's nice that they recognize familiar faces. Very clean gym as well. I always see someone cleaning, wiping down or sweeping something. Also a big plus, everyone puts their weights back where they belong! Crazy that there's a gym where people know the 45 dumbell goes in the 45 dumbell slot and not on the floor.
Unbelievably rude front desk girl 5am Wed. (Today) First day as a member and if she is exemplary of the rest of the staff then I'll finish off my 2 month contract and I'm out. The Janitor saw the whole incident, he was polite and apologized. They should switch positions? Unbelievable
No cold water dip. No jacuzzi. No pool. Has sauna.
