I think soothing music is better during yoga. Loud club music is not my style, especially turning the volume up and down. The yoga itself was good. Better than some other places I've been. If you like power yoga you'll like Yoga Salt.

I love this studio. It's clean, bright, and the teachers I've interacted with so far are friendly and welcoming. It's everything you could want in a yoga studio.

While visiting my daughter I stopped in at Yoga Salt and was so glad I did. The front desk attendant was very welcoming and helpful and made me feel like a local. I took 4 classes from 4 different teachers during my stay and each class was challenging, interesting and fun. I was very impressed with the quality of the teachers, attention of staff, and cleanliness of the studio. It was a great find and made my trip complete. Thank you Yoga Salt for welcoming visitors and providing high quality asana in a comfortable setting.

Yoga Salt is a small and intimate studio. It is always neat, the staff are attentive, and the yoga instructors are knowledgeable. Each instructor has his/her own strengths and approach to their practice, and all share the ability to deepen my practice, helping me find my edge. I typically leave feeling a little more centered and a bit sore (in a good way) the next day. The classes do get very full, so come early and be respectful of sharing space (everyone usually is).

Class was quite full and I was very displeased to discover they have no showers as a person who is backpacking through California and likes to shower after doing yoga I probably wouldn't have gone to this studio had I known that other then that the instructor was alright and the people at the front desk were friendly enough

Great energy. Spacious, clean studio. Incredible teachers, solid base of students. Weekends get packed, so sign up ahead and prepare to be friendly with your neighbor.

I can't say enough good things about Yoga Salt. I think the world of Tamal and his product is a great! You will get a fantastic workout and his classes get you in alignment, every time. I always feel amazing after his classes! And to this I owe him gratitude and respect. You can't go wrong at Yoga Salt. Check it out!

This place is very close to my apartment, however the floors are wet with sweats.eww. also on the weekends, its a madness. They take too many people.

I love this studio! Great space, awesome instructors. Tamal's classes are my favorite, but I have taken classes from several other instructors and have enjoyed all of them.
