I love the Pop Physique work out. It is so good! This location is close to my work and has the best schedule, but the one thing I can't get over is the smell. I go to the last few classes of the day and the studio must not get enough ventilation or something but it just reeks of sweat. The mats are also not switched out after every class, probably because there aren't enough so you are literally just using the same mat that someone before you sweated all over. If they could get more mats and allow them to dry and get better ventilation, this would be a 5-star location. But until then - I suggest going to the earlier classes.

I'm a HUGE proponent of buying things on sale, and getting the most bang for your buck. Classes run for 10 for $189, but there's ALWAYS sales- whether it be on their own website, GiltCity (I got 10 classes for $70), LivingSocial (there's a current deal for 3 for $20 with 20% off with code SPICE", etc. I highly suggest you capitalize on these deals and see if you like this class.

If you need motivation when you work out to keep going, if you don't like routine workouts, if you want to work out with mostly women, if you want a tight ass, give this a try!

The first few classes are always scary. There are true veterans there who already know all the moves, and very few beginners. But DON'T BE SCARED! Keep going! Keep attending! The teacher is there to help you. Come earlier/ Stay later. She/he will be there to answer any and all questions.

I can't even touch my toes, but after 7 classes I could! It's really intimidating at first, but everyone there is so nice that if you ask for help you will get it.

Tips: Sign up online for the class you want.
If you're going to cancel, do it at least an hour before the class or else you will be charged.
If your legs start shaking during the workout, keep going!
Bring a towel to wipe all your sweat off after.
Wear leggings/ yoga pants/ something that won't expose your butt like shorts do.
Bring some water.
Bring socks!
Don't feel awkward. Just have fun! :)

Everyone who works for Pop Physique is SO friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My workout with Ashley was awesome too! If you approach your instructor with what you want to work out, they will most likely try to accommodate it in their workout :)
