The best Pilates studio in Los Angeles for private pilates if you are lucky enough to book an instructor to train you.

I love the training, as a client I really appreciate the expertise of Trish -I've learned so much & worked thru many body challenges. All the teachers at this studio have Romana training & are incredible.
