Great team of instructors! They make you feel so welcome and put you at ease.
Amazing teachers. Classic pilates as a base but they all keep it interesting. Safe for all bodies and injuries and also challenging. The beat pilates around. Highly recommend.

Loved the classes and the teachers. Very caring. I saw wonderful results. Haven't been able to attend for a while because I am in the process of expanding my own business which is taking up all my time but I hope to return to Pilate-Ology soon.

I had never done pilates before, I'm not terribly graceful and I'm a few days older than the usual client. The women at Pilate-Ology made me feel welcome, really worked with me, emphasized the mind-body connection and continue to help me through my awkward stage. Much to my surprise the after effect of these classes is that there's not an ounce of tension in my body, I know I've had a great workout but feel like a bowl of Jello. Thank you Jessica, Blair and Blonde Amy! You're the best!

Great place with fantastic teachers who are knowledgeable and helpful as we are led thru the various pilate exercises.
All of the teachers are amazing and will always correct you for proper form and make sure you don't injur yourself. Very clean and modern studio! So happy there!
I love Pilate-ology. All the instructors are very knowledgeable and give personal attention to their clients. Flexible class times are offered. In addition to reformers they have springboards and do mat work, as well.
Love this intimacy of this place. Group classes feel like private classes. Instructors and others are friendly. My office, LA Bodywork is only a few doors away and I refer clients here quite a bit. I've gotten nothing but great feedback aboutPilate-ology from them as well.
After 3 years I continue to be challenged and encouraged by these caring and talented instructors. It's a great experience even at 630 am!
Pilate-ology is fantastic. Every class has new moves so you'll never get bored. Teresa and Amy Briede are instructors you can't miss. They have great energy and give excellent guidance throughout the class.
