Andy was amazing, so genuine and welcoming! The class was all about moving your body in such a creative and playful way and at the same time getting a sweaty and challenging workout in. The instructor really makes sure you are doing the exercise in the proper for. It was just what my body needed, I will definitely be back.
It is a movement-based workout done barefoot. Heads up: entrance is in the back of the building. Plenty of parking around.

Yahel and Andy have an amazing studio but more importantly they are amazing people who genuinely care about giving you a workout that works for you. Cannot recommend this studio enough. The 6 am class is the best way to start your day!

Very well thought out and well stocked movement-based fitness studio. I took the class Power Abs & Glutes with Andy and it was difficult enough for me to break a sweat, but not so difficult that I couldn't maintain good form. The studio front is facing Westwood Blvd, but the entrance is in the back.

I had tried regular gym (weights) and CrossFit before and I didn't like it, I kept feeling I was going to hurt myself of hurt someone around. Soul Pump is a movement studio and it is great. The classes are small and Andy and Yahel are always checking that everyone has the right posture, they know everyone's body and weakness and work according to that.
