David has built an amazing fitness center on Naples in Long Beach. Fantastic atmosphere here to workout with driven and positive people. Hunter Cook is a world class trainer. I have seen significant results with the custom regime he has developed for me. This has helped me immensely on the soccer field and with daily activities, in general.
Great small private gym. Several trainers to select from. Ask for Adrian! He is extremely skilled and technical. Well educated in injury rehab.
This is a great jam with excellent staff. The personal trainers are good at guiding you to your fitness goals. The gym is clean safe and fun. The owner keeps different alternative types of tools in the gym. I highly recommend you try this gym if looking for a personal trainer.

Great place to work out! trainers are motivating. no nonsense workout. get in, get it done, get out. a nice variety of machines and equipment. parking is surprisingly amazing as well. oh and it's super clean and the towels don't stink like a sweaty grampa. no offense, pops.

I have trained with David Rosett at Naples Fitness for a number of years. My training program has evolved as I have. He has worked with me through injury and issues of aging, always helping me to remain strong and flexible.
I just completed the 30 Day Fitness Challenge. It was time for me to affirm my commitment to fitness and time to develop better food and drink choices. I also got the chance to enjoy how competitive I can be: the group energy was a nice boost and kept me on track.
I enjoyed the experience and got to share it with my adult daughter.

I used to be scared to go to the gym. Never naturally fit, the idea of being surrounded by lots of toned people who know how to use a kettleball was overwhelming. Naples Fitness made all that fear disappear. The trainers are awesome - knowledgeable, kind, motivating. They know how to push you to your absolute limit while also making you laugh. I love the diversity - every workout I do something different (usually 5 new things!) Every single person who works there greets you with a smile - something I can't say about other gyms I've worked out at. I can thank Naples Fitness and all the trainers there for reinvigorating my love of exercise!

I've been working out at Naples Fitness three days per week for a little over six years. My trainer is David and I find him to be very professional, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Two of my major goals over the past few months have been to deal with balance and my aversion to stairs in preparation for a trip to Europe. David and I worked on this and my FitBit registered close to 95 flights of stairs during my recent 10-day trip to Spain & Portugal. What I like most about Naples Fitness is that it is very comfortable for people of various ages and body types. All of the trainers are very friendly and welcoming. I did a ballet barre class for about six months and had to quit due to scheduling issues; however, this 60+ year-old thoroughly enjoyed it.
