This place is a gem,. I have been attending for years and commuting from the other side of Orange County because there is no place like Long Beach Meditation in the OC! Do yourself a favor and stop in for visit. You won't be disappointed.

Grateful for this place to be connecting. Being still with this group through collective consciousness has deepen the meditation practice. This is a safe haven to be in silence and learn internally about the self. Directly experience it and welcome home :)
