The gym itself was fine, the classes were fine, however once I tried to cancel my membership(after the first year) this is where the trouble started.
I called and told them to cancel it, they said it was canceled, it was not... continued to auto charge me. I was told I needed to come in person to cancel it, I did, and was told it was now canceled... it was not, and continued to auto charge me. Finally a new manager took over, the current one as far as I can tell, He took care of the issue and got it finally canceled, 8 months later.
However, I have been blown off time and time again about getting a refund for the charges that were put on my account over this time, that they strung me along, telling me it was canceled and would be fixed. Nothing has been done to make me whole after their shady business dealings.
Also I never used the 10 private sessions I had paid for up front(I used the initial one)... yet somehow several more of those were marked as used..given away or bs paperwork to pay a trainer I have no idea??
Long story short if you ever have financial issues or plan on moving and closing your membership here they will not do right by you and will drain you as long as they can before they run out of excuses
