Best gym experience I've ever had. They really know what they're doing. I had some physical issues and never thought I'd be doing things like squats again, but they helped me overcome that by teaching me the proper way to lift, by strengthening the muscles I needed to gain stability and by giving plenty of encouragement. I'm 53 years old, I've had back problems and knee surgery in the past, and I'm squatting nearly 200 lbs or reps;, and deadlifting 255. It's not just a lifting gym either. They also do conditioning, and the workouts are always changing so it never gets boring. Bottom line, they get results. I'm getting all sorts of compliments on how I look and I feel great too. You get what you pay for and I'm getting every penny's worth!
