Great energy. Donation based. Soft, cushy floor in yoga room is a plus!
I am more than half way through their Weekend Warrior Teacher Training. Dharma Shakti is wise beyond her years and sheds light on much more than the asanas. The assistant teacher, Marlene, and the special topic instructors Dharma has touching on relevant topics truly add depth and value to our experience. The studio is a safe space to learn, share, practice and be heard. The warrior weekends are like a retreat to recharge, reboot. Kudos, Jah Dharma!
My favorite yoga studio in Long Beach. Donation based classes, and an open and accepting vibe make this space inviting to the whole community. Soft floors make taking risks less risky, which is nice for those who aren't attached to hard wood floors, or who are seeking a gentler practice.
Nice early morning class. Thank you teacher Grace!

Love a few teachers ... great warm environment. Makes you want to go to yoga

This studio for the teachers, the community, philosophy and heartfelt spirit really resonates with me - it feels very right in those regards. I would attend it regularly if not for the studio floor surface. For some reason, when practicing on their studio floor (which is spongy/has a lot of give) I experience intense wrist pain that I don't normally experience. I am a very experienced yogini and know what my alignment should be and don't experience wrist pain in any other studio or when practicing at home... so I can only conclude that their flooring material isn't healthy for my wrist. I'm sad about it because I would really like to practice with them. Do check them out - they are some of the best in Long Beach, I just wish they had a better studio floor surface that didn't lead to wrist pain for me!
IF THEY DID MEDICAL MARIJUANA YOGA, IT WOULD BE A FIVE STAR... SORRY NO WEED GOT TO GO AND DO MY YOGA THE BEST WAY RELAXED.... TRY IT WORTH IT
My "go to place" to unwind and restore myself. A welcoming neighborhood vibe with a friendly staff of down to earth teachers who excel at their craft and make you feel right at home.
Love this place! Instructors are awesome. People are real and friendly. I'm glad I found Yogalution it has helped me be a better being.
This place is my favorite studio of all time. The staff is amazing. Gretchen teaches this amazing class Monday nights on "restorative yoga". She uses these amazing sound bowls that take you to another plane of exsistense and the best part is it's a chill class so if your a super beginner like me, you don't have to feel left out. Marlene is great as well and super friendly. She can be challenging as well but that's what I love about the studio is there is something for everyone. The floor is my favorite part because it has a little bit of cushion but also feels solid. I don't sink into it but it also doesn't hurt my knees. It's really great. Dharma is the owner and I can't say enough postive things about her studio. Just check it out and you don't need money because it's a donation studio. Just try and give some money if you can because the teachers really do deserve it here.
