Worked with Jason Funke and saw my form progress much better than working solo. I can recommend this location and the top notch instruction. One other thing that was commendable was that J worked with my changing schedule without issue.
This might be the best workout in Long Beach. HOWEVER, if you're new and getting a new student package beware. You need to book the classes about two weeks in advance to get in. They staff is awesome and gave me a refund but I still don't think they should be accepting new members, given how pricey the classes are, if they can't accommodate them.
I have been to many CrossFit boxes, and these coaches are great. The classes aren't over crowded, and the other gym members are very nice. It is difficult obviously, as a good workout should be, but it is very fun with the others in the class... Jason and Amanda are awesome :) stop waiting, just do it
I was brought into Crossfit and this amazing place late Sunmer of 2017. Excellent coaching, good natured people, so many social events, 3 big bathrooms with top notch showers. The owners Nick and Jess have been a God send and really care about this place and the people, their coaches. They really work hard to ensure your experience, end to end is on point. Over a year later and I am in the unlimited membership but they have multiple affordable options considering what you get. They have weightlighting, yoga, cardio classes (Pulse) and true crossfit classes. Lastly, they have some of the best designed merchandise around. Drop in!! Jenn M

Nice place to train if you're in the area. Had good classes and open gym with nice coaches/owners. Super clean with bathrooms, showers and all the amenities... a huge plus.
I have been a proud member since Crossfit Belmont Heights since it opened four years ago. Nick, Jess and all of the coaches have built an amazing community. They are well trained, push you beyond your limits and make Crossfit fun! 5 out of 5 stars!

I've been to probably 10 other CrossFit gyms and this is the best I've ever experienced--the workouts, the community, everything. Best decision I've ever made for my health and fitness. You must must check CFBH out!
