Nice gear, great staff - but in Bangkok there completely retarded and dont know how to take payments.
Went to join, but they said they only take from expats a full year in advanced cash. !! They will not take visa debit, or visa debit from Bangkok, or Visa Credit from international Bank - unlike every single other gym in Bangkok.
I have been to 3 gyms in Bangkok over 7 years, all who take monthly advanced payments from any means possible. Hell, even cash every month so long as it is a month in advanced.
I would hate to think how many customers lost this Ekamai Gym has had. Time for real management , fire this management team and start promoting. My staff /Management would be fired instantly for this move.
I hope this gets sorted asap.
