I signed up for s 6 month course in march of this year. I signed the 6m contract with auto pay. I injured myself at work and could no longer go but still decided to pay since I signed a contract .
I just recentky noticed that Inwas still playing the subscription to them and couldn't figure out why. Tried calling no answer tried emailing them no answer...
SO I called the 1800 number tied to the charge to my account and it turns out the 6 months was over in august. What 360 krav maga doesnt tell you when you sign the contract is the account turns into a month to month charge after the 6 months is up and there is no notification fot ANND You have to write an email stating you wish to cancel the account. So now its october and im still being charged and because the account just charged me again, I have to spend an additional $150.00 invoicing fee to cancel my subscription.
Shame on you 360 krav maga you got me for an additional $450.00 I will be speaking with a friend about filing a claim

Just had the free introductory class.Loved it. Ended the class wanting more. The pricing is great if I was interested in the rest of the forms offered. My 45 minute bicycle commute each way from Paramount warmed me up. I would definitely sign up with longer krav maga class and closer to home. For anyone nearby I highly recommended. John was a great trainer.

I found this place intimidating. As soon as I walked in the door, the director began asking me uncomfortable questions about my income. I suspect it was to find out if I could afford their rather expensive program. The overall impression I got was that this place is designed for making as much money as possible from mainly high income individuals, with self defense training as a secondary goal. In all fairness, it is a very nice, very new, very clean facility with, I'm assuming, qualified instructors. But, it definitely didn't have the friendly vibe I was looking for.

The overall impression I got was that this place is, above all, a mill, designed for making as much money as possible from as many high income earners as they can get in the door. They're concerned first about making money, and maybe second or third about teaching people who sincerely want to learn self defense skills. The gym is modern, bathrooms are clean and kept that way. It is a large gym with 2 mats, a boxing ring, and an area to lift weights. Krav Maga has helped me out in some situations, the instructors keep to our pace, and learning the moves is easy to remember.
