Nancy is a fantastic instructor. She is knowledgable, personable, and passionate about all things Pilates. My core strength and flexibility dramatically improved after only a handful of classes. Highly recommend.

One of my favorite spots when I'm in the area. Nancy is an experienced instructor that knows how to tailor your practice to protect from injury and to heal from existing issues. She's also got a great attitude and has no problem getting to test your limits safely. Check her out, she's a hidden gem!
