I am a member of this gym since 2012 , I never had any problem with the staff or anything else , I wouldn't go anywhere else eve they charge half price of what I pay here . This place is always clean and you never have to waist time to wait for the machines or parking lot. And I like to thank the staff for being so nice and understanding.
Dirty, dirty locker rooms. Two showers, both awful. Trainers sit and stare at phone while training clients. Music so loud can't think. My credit card got incorrectly chard and no help from them. Just a blank stare. I strongly recommend you join 24 Hour, Crunch, or any other gym. This place is trash.
Great gym when I come to Lancaster for work. Christina is the best. Staff is great. Never any issues. They have all the equipment I need.
I love this gym. I have been going to this gym for three years. It is a locally owned gym where the staff treat each other and customers like family. I have used other gyms and they can't beat FF with all the classes they offer.
Only 1 squat rack, really. Staff complains if you drop the rubber weights an inch off the ground...which is rubber matting too. Equipment is really old, yet they blame the people to the rattling. Guess they don't understand how equipment breaks down over time. Also, there's a lot of unused equipment that just takes up space. Instead on buying new equipment that people will use (like maybe another squat rack), they just let the unused equipment sit there and take up usable space.

This place is awesome very nice people very clean and I love that thay have a daycare so i don't have to struggle to find a baby sitter just to work out

Rude awful, pretentious, jerk trainers or whoever it is greets a first time guest wanting to know more about the gym. Never again. I've never been so insulted in my life.

I just met the owner of this gym and this is my first time ever joining a gym, he gave me very positive feedback and even called back when they didn't answer the first time which says a lot. I'm not going for the looks of the place, I'm going for the work out and the flexibility that the owner has with billing...very good service...
The reason why I did not like this gym because they don't have enough equipment they have too many people less equipment small place you have to wait for people to be done so you can train I canceled my membership today I mean if you want to train seriously to reach your goal I don't think this is a good place for you I was doing deadlift the owner came up to me bringing more padding to put in the floor and I already have some on the floor I asked him why he said my plates are cover with rubber and if you don't put more you going to break him I never heard that in my life I've been training for so long I never heard in my life so this is my reason why I cancel my membership
This has been my gym for 6 months and I absolutely LOVE IT! Never joined a gym in my life until I stumbled into this place. The gym is probably named after the owner cause the dudes a Monster and one of the nicest people you could ever meet. Allen (the owner) and Lance have the best Monster Boxing Cardio workouts I have ever experienced. They keep you motivated by encouraging good form and positive attitudes. You can tell they really want to help you do well. Taking the time to show you individually if form is not correct. On a very large majority level, the employees, trainers and members are great people to be around. You get a strong sense of motivating positivity. People are very polite and treat you like the equal you are. This place simply makes you want to come back...
I have had nothing but trouble with the billing of this company. I put my account on hold, but they kept billing me. had to get the owner involved. I also had to get the owner involved in taking my account off hold. recently I wanted to cancel my account but the billing company keeps calling, twice a day, and telling me I'm 6 months behind on a month to month contract I canceled. billing company says i have to talk to gym. gym will not return calls or emails. counter folks have no idea how to help. I'd stay away from this gym if you can.

This is by far the best gym in the AV! Low monthly cost and everything is included: Classes, day care, equipment, locker room, etc... Alan, the owner, is one of the nicest people I know and so knowledgeable!
